Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.
Someone calls while you're with a customer. Someone messages at 9pm. Someone asks a question on Tuesday and hears nothing until Friday. I build the system that answers every one of them in under a minute — then keeps following up until they book or tell you no.
None of this is a staffing failure. It's what happens when the person answering enquiries is also the person doing the work.
One system, every channel your customers already use.
Phone, text, WhatsApp, email, your website, Instagram and Facebook — all landing in one place, with one shared history per person. It answers in their words, on their channel, and books straight into your real calendar.
Then the part almost nobody does: it remembers. Reminders before the appointment. A nudge if someone goes quiet. A recap after a call. A review request afterwards. It stops the moment they reply.
The full pictureNobody was awake. The slot was checked against the real calendar before it was offered.
It picks up, whatever the channel
A missed call, a text, a WhatsApp message, a form on your site, an Instagram DM. Same system, same knowledge, one conversation history per person.
It answers from what you told it
Your hours, your pricing, your policies, your services. It never invents an answer — anything it doesn't know goes to you instead of being guessed at.
It books against your real calendar
It only offers times that are genuinely free, writes the appointment into your calendar, and handles reschedules without you being involved.
It reminds before the appointment
A message the day before and an hour before. If they say they can't make it, it moves them rather than losing them.
It follows up when someone goes quiet
Up to three spaced messages referencing what they actually asked about. It stops the instant they reply, and never sends a fourth.
It hands you anything sensitive
Complaints, unusual requests, anything outside what it knows — straight to your phone with the full conversation attached.
Every action it took, and every one it deliberately didn't.
You get a dashboard and a short summary each morning. Not vanity numbers — the actual log: what was scheduled, what was sent, what was called off and why.
It also tells you what it couldn't answer. Once a week you get the questions that stumped it, grouped together. You write the answers, and it knows them permanently. The system gets better because your customers keep asking.
| Follow-up | Status |
|---|---|
| Day-before reminder Priya R. · SMS | Sent |
| Call recap Ruth A. · Email | Sent |
| Gentle nudge Sam O. · WhatsApp | Scheduled |
| Day-before reminder Ken M. · SMS | Called off appointment was moved |
It won't spam anyone
Three follow-ups maximum, ever. It stops the moment someone replies, and it will not message anyone who hasn't consented to be contacted — the system refuses, rather than asking you to remember.
It won't pretend to be human
It's helpful and it sounds like your business, but it doesn't claim to be a person. When someone needs a human, it gets them one instead of stalling.
It won't make things up
It answers from what you've told it and nothing else. A question outside that goes to you — and then into the weekly list of things worth teaching it.
Businesses where the owner is the bottleneck.
Clinics and dental practices. Home services — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical. Law firms. Coaching and consulting practices. Anywhere a single missed enquiry is worth more than a month of this costing you anything.
It runs on top of what you already have — your phone number, your calendar, your CRM. Nothing gets replaced, and you keep every account and every record.
It's probably not for you if
- You get a handful of enquiries a month — the maths doesn't work yet
- Someone already answers every enquiry within minutes, reliably
- You want software to run yourself rather than someone running it for you
- Your sales process needs a person from the very first word
Worth twenty-five minutes?
Bring rough numbers — how many enquiries you get in a month and roughly how many get a reply the same day. That's enough to tell you whether this is worth doing at all. If it isn't, I'll say so.
No obligation, no pitch deck, and no charge for the conversation.
