About

The strategy and the build come from the same person.

Most businesses choose between someone who advises but can't implement, and someone who implements but doesn't understand how a sale actually happens. I spent four years doing the first, then learned to do the second, because the advice kept dying at the point where somebody had to build the thing.

How I got here

I spent years running commercial operations across international marketplaces — sourcing, compliance, paid campaigns, account health. Detailed, unglamorous work where a small process failure compounds quietly until it's expensive.

Alongside that I've advised American small business owners and founders on growth since 2022. The same problem came up again and again, in businesses that had nothing else in common: leads arriving faster than anyone could answer them, and no system underneath to catch the ones that slipped.

Advice alone never fixed it. The recommendation would be right and then nothing would happen, because implementing it meant somebody building something. So I learned to build it.

Today that means workflow automation, CRM logic, and AI systems that run without someone watching every step. The strategy still comes first — the build is just how it gets delivered instead of discussed.

How I'd rather work

I'd rather tell you something isn't worth doing than build it and invoice you for it. If your enquiry volume is too low for this to pay for itself, that's a two-minute conversation and we both save a month.

Small on purpose, for now

I'm taking on a small number of businesses. That's partly honesty about where I am and partly deliberate — a system like this needs someone paying attention in the first months, and that's not possible across thirty accounts.

Twenty-five minutes, no pitch deck.

Bring your numbers. I'll tell you straight whether this is worth doing.
