What I collect, and what I do with it.
Short version: four fields from a form, used to reply to you, never sold, never shared. Deleted on request.
What gets collected
If you fill in the form on this site, I collect your name, your email address, the type of business you run, and a rough sense of your enquiry volume. Nothing else. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set for marketing purposes.
What it's used for
To reply to you, arrange a call, and follow up about that call. That's all. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own purposes.
Consent
Ticking the consent box means you're happy to be contacted by email and text about your enquiry. You can withdraw that at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing me directly. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and permanently.
Where it's stored
In a private database I control, along with the messaging and calendar services used to reply to you and book the call. Access is limited to me. Records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and deleted on request.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email farooq@ontariodigitalacademy.org and I'll action it. If you're unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
